This work has been performed in order to analyze the learning processes that occur in the associations in the UESTAR. For analysis has considered the stages, content, methodology, strategies, activities and resources that develop those linked to oratorio, missionary, scout and dance groups.
Within the study results we have advisors and animators say they know the training process, but at the time of applying the failures that occur in the execution thereof, either in activities that tend to be playful is evident, the contents that are inconsistent or inadequate and lack of methodology.
At the same way they manifest know the preventive system and most important for advisors and animators is the atmosphere of acceptance and familiarity that young people are offered encouraging youth leadership and prominence in the group.
Furthermore we notes that although are associative groups each meet their specific needs so there is no agreement, much less a training proposal.
It is necessary that the youth ministry of UESTAR develop a training proposal that promotes the integral formation of young people, with clear objectives, goals, contents didactic, organizational and methodological strategies and minimum evaluation criteria. |
