The design of the manual of functions and profiles by competences for the importer and marketer of textiles, located in the city of Quito, in the period September 2016 - August 2017 arose from the need to specify the functions and responsibilities of each position, as well as the required competencies, which had the fundamental objective of guiding decision-making within an organizational and functional structure, its hierarchical and support levels, as well as determining the soft and hard profile of each position. As the main achievement of the systematization project, it is possible to delimit the design of the manual and with it the improvement of the functional-structural organization of the whole company, since the material serves as a guide for the future decision making of the personnel. In this sense, the fundamental results lie in the preparation of materials and documentation, which are instruments to regulate the tasks of each of the actors involved in the process of organizational growth, so that their success will depend on committed participation and professional of all the beneficiaries. |
