Sumario: The Vocational guidance permits to know the skills, aptitudes and proficiency that young individuals possess to develop a life plan and to haul decisions according to their interests now and in the future. The objective of this research is to evaluate which are the main indirect factors (collective, academic, and relationship) that intercede, in the choice of affairs or specialization studies, and, the efficacy of the vocational guidance program. We will focus in the 5-young individuals who attend the San Patricio Educational Unit, whose position is a condition of susceptibility. For the explanation of this investigation we used data compilation appliances such as: surveys, psychometric instruments, mental skills exam, characterological tests, vocational interests quiz. The same ones that were analyzed from the socio-cognitive method of Lent, Brown and Hackett, which state about the impact of external factors in the choice of a future career. The relationship, academic and social role which the young individual develops affects their proficient interests and the development of a life plan. Bringing as a result, school dropout and difficulty in making decisions in the future.
