Designing a system for Corporate Social Responsibility for Company ABC CONSTRUCCIONES CÍA. LTDA. in the city of Quito. The concept of CSR and its components around which turns this theory places special emphasis on a company where must not only worry about generating revenues, but also caring about the environment like: employees, shareholders, community and others who involved directly and indirectly part of the company. CSR models by which many employers allow their businesses to be addressed is also presented. How has engaged the Social Responsibility in Latin America and Ecuador and has gained strength as this management strategy. The experience of four socially responsible companies operating in the country is presented. In addition to the legal part the ISO 26000 is considered as a support mechanism for companies wishing to have guidelines on how to manage CSR in their companies. The current internal regulations of ABC CONSTRUCTIONS CÍA. LTDA. are presented by which regulates activities in the company. SWOT diagnosis and the respective analysis of its current situation through a survey of customers, suppliers, community and employees of the company are presented. With this information, we proceeded to perform a job offer through a system which includes general and specific objectives, presenting an operational action plan and a financial offer to the present study. |
