Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is born by economic, social and environmental changes that result from globalization, the same companies that make respond to current market demands and society. This process leads to new decisions voluntarily, under which a commitment denominated interest groups (stakeholders) will be created is taken.
The (CSR) is defined by the ethical commitment of companies with all stakeholders with which it relates, for it must establish sustainable business goals, trying to respect environmental resources - cultural and promoting the reduction of inequalities social.
In Ecuador recently he is revealing the true concept (CSR), because it was confused with social marketing; describing himself as a tool by which a company is committed to working with a social project in exchange for economic or image positioning in the market benefits.
Based on improving relations with stakeholders and increase corporate image and reputation of Produbel Cia Ltda., was implemented the socially responsible culture that sets impact on stakeholders, in the medium to long term give the company a greater competitive advantage over organizations that operate in the market. |
