This project consist in to implement a program of Corporate Social Responsibility in
the company Minerva SA, as an integral part of their plans and policies according to
actively contribute to improving the lives of its workers, the community
environment, its suppliers and customers, constituting the stakeholders of Minerva
S.A., that have interference in commercial operation .
The nature of this project can qualify as legal, civic and ethical. Legal, because it
complies with the laws and regulations; civic, because it contributes to the
sustainable development of society constituted by employees, the community and
customers; and ethical, because keeps harmony with society, the environment and
benefits all stakeholders. Also Minerva SA, benefits because through the
implementation of this project will achieve greater customer loyalty, the community
recognition and increased efficiency of its employees.
The task starts in Minerva SA in its annual training plan includes handling and
warehousing of raw materials and waste recycling. This project will motivate staff to
exceed the levels of efficiency.
It also aims to replicate knowledge to their customers, for the proper handling of the
products it sells, which is achieved by minimizing the number of incidents and
improve occupational health.
On the other hand, they will train the community, named “Carcelen housing
complex”, for natural and caused emergencies such as fire and theft. To avoid this,
they will set up a security guard, that projects more secure and propitious
development of this housing complex environment. |
