This research was conducted with the aim of demonstrating the application of performance indicators based on social principles of the social economy in one of the lucrative sectors of the city of Quito as is the metal industry.
The thesis researched, collected and combined knowledge of history, operational audit, environmental audit, management audit, occupational health and safety, with a focus on social and solidarity economy.
The social economy has a growth outlook across the board, ie: better working conditions, fair practices, fair trade, commitment to the environment and society. Its principles are 8 and are aligned to their perspective, which were applied to the metallurgical industry. |
