The research aims to review concepts framing the marketing and analysis of expectations, advertisements, perceptions and satisfaction with the consumer to purchase fast food products that are offered in the market of Quito. To define the gap is necessary to analyze the perception and customer satisfaction, it is important to mention that part of the satisfaction involved the expectation that it is an important concept in the analysis, the difference between these terms will result to the gap that will raise a proposal to reduce and get consumers to achieve total satisfaction and its time for companies to achieve customer loyalty. |
