The lack of child development projects has generated that children from low income who can not access schools - private recreation, children become uncommunicative, timid, low self-esteem and difficulty expressing their emotions. A Child Development Project will allow children to have pedagogical bases and a greater degree of independence and socialization raising living standards and facilitating entry into the regular education system (first base). |
