It aims to document step by step process for developing a self-management model that allows the community to advise "Sarahuasi" located in the parish "Chugchilán" in Canton "Sigchos" in the province of "Cotopaxi" economic policy organization in the production and marketing of its flagship product the default. To this end, we have applied the knowledge acquired during the academic training in career management and leadership, implementing all administrative tools which allow to determine that the proposed model is feasible to achieve better quality of life for the inhabitants of the that community. |
