Currently, the industry focused on the production and processing of office
furniture has seen the need to acquire equipment as support to facilitate their work
and thus expedite the manufacturing, because it is very delay and uncompetitive if
the process is done manually and finish is totally different and inconspicuous.
Previously gluing process of melanin in each of the pieces performed it
manually this slowed the work of workers and the finish does not it was uniform
since in several parts were lumps of paste or were pressured to hammer could see
the flaws and that not everything was right.
The use of melanin in the manufacture is vital because in this way we can
hide from view of the customer the color of natural wood providing an exceptional
model according to the taste and liking of our potential customer satisfying their
need to acquire a quality product.
This project contains the development of a machine for edges of curvilinear
melamine which will allow the placement of melanin not only straight wood but
also curved making it easier for the person doing this work, reducing costs, time
and materials because it is placed evenly and accurate measurement.
That is why we chose to design and build a machine according to the market
need as most of machinery for this type of work are costly to be imported, have
seen the need to build ours and reduce costs in the operation.
The machine will increase to 30% of current production, which will allow
companies engaged in this type of work and reduce time production costs. |
