Sumario: Teaching practices are considered as dynamics and reflexive activities that look for answer the learning needs of children. These are dynamic activities that enable children to participate actively in the process of learning, and reflexive because they invite and encourage rethinking on contents and knowledge that they acquire during their life in the training process. Mathematical logic is targeted as an important area in teaching practices, because it allows the children to learn to function in society. Also because it helps to understand the reality in which they live, solving problems which arise in their environment. In this investigation were used the methodological structure, class organization, relationship between teachers and students, assessment strategies and academic tasks categories used in the investigation. These categories allowed us to understand the way it is developing teaching practices in the Unidad Educativa "LUSUMBE". From the analysis it was evident that directs teaching practices is the workbook and no planning. The methodology that it is applying doesn't contribute to achieving the aims of mathematical logic at this level. The organization of the class is more like basic education at the initial level is not promoting more flexible, dynamic and active relations as would be expected at this level. The methodology is qualitative, using the ethnographic method with various techniques for better analysis of results.
