Sumario: The validity of the early education curriculum since 2014, start a new form of education for children sublevel 2, which corresponds to 3-5 years of age; effect was observed for the teacher in charge of the implementation of the objectives and learning skills in practice to find the problem that affects children early education in teaching literacy. The problem that seriously affects the teaching of literacy in the Education Unit Leopoldo N. Chavez, is the lack of language teaching by management and emotional support so they can continue with the sequence of planning. For learners to acquire new habits of knowledge through drawings, scribbles, continuous pre-writing and the development of fine and gross motor skills in before starting to teach reading and writing images. The resources employed are: songs, stories, tongue twisters, poems, jingles, to develop imagination, concentration, relaxation, phonological development and volume of voice, intonation, replication, their sorrow, joy, love, etc. Plastic graph technique is a process that enables children to develop motor skills and learn to be written feelings through techniques torn, bucking, punched, creased, wound, achieving self-control and satisfaction. The teacher has to develop imaginative reading storybooks, vivid images for the child or the child acquire a good habit of reading.
