Sumario: Intercultural bilingual education in Ecuador is the result of the experiences that have been evidenced from achieving education for indigenous people in the past decades; this educational process seeks to reach all communities far from civilization, in order that each and all are included in the educational, cultural and social system, strengthening and respecting their traditional knowledge, customs, traditions and language. This process of inclusion in the Intercultural Bilingual Education, is the ongoing struggle to achieve Sumak Kawsay we long for this and future generations to live in harmony among different cultures, based on respect for difference being equal, leaving the past behind racism and oppression. Currently, educational teaching practices are a requirement for the training of future teachers, in order to be inserted in the education system, applying the theory studied throughout his college career, developing educational processes under the guidance of an expert teacher in the field. The compilation of the experiences observed during the period of observation of teaching practice permit, analyze and reflect on aspects that relate directly to the process of teaching - to strengthen and improve our academic and social skills.
