The Human Capital in organizations is the main axis directly related to the business
strategy, this important responsibility that determines the processes carried by the
organization are efficient and meet current needs. This diagnosis is based on
developing a proposal for improvement in the perception of internal customer service,
coaches and selected in the subsystem selection, generating service agreements in a
company in the sector of distribution, logistics and marketing products in the
pharmaceutical market and mass consumption. As part of the research, gathering
information, with the current status of processes and the impact of the selection process
in different types of involved populations will be defined, taking into account the need
of the organization will be held to provide qualified personnel, optimize time,
resources and properly define the responsibility at each stage of the process. Following
this, the analysis of the process and causes the main problem found on the Human
Resources area, due to the lack of standardization in the selection process will be
defined; This causes the service provided area through the process is not adequate.
Finally, the study proposes improvements to the process, concluding the benefits found
by using different research tools and recommendations to follow. For the development
and fulfillment of objectives it is to obtain service agreements in the selection process
of Human Resources. |
