The present work is a report of the development of the pre-professional practical
experience of the career of Labor and Organizational Psychology.
The main objective was the elaboration of a Manual of Functions by Competences
in the Company ESERSUM Ind. Cía. Ltda. During the year 2017; in which the
necessary information for the development of this systematization was collected.
During the development of the practices, the absence of the detailed written description
of the work activities of each job position was identified, therefore it was considered
necessary to implement a Manual of Functions in which the knowledge, experience
and other necessary competences are identified. strengthen the execution of each
collaborator's activities. For this, a meeting was established with the main executives
of the company, General Manager, Commercial, Technical, Purchasing, Financial
Administration to inform them of the importance of detailing in writing the functions
in each job or position and thus compromise them so that this project is viable. By
means of this analysis, the importance of the organization chart was also identified,
since in this way it is guaranteed that each position is performed based on what is
established in the Manual of Functions, since it is essential to recognize the
organizational form and its hierarchy levels in accordance with Supervision for each
specific position. The beneficiaries of the work of this work are all the workers, since
by specifying the tasks entrusted to them in writing, not only the knowledge and
experience for their execution is established, but also the generic competences
applicable to all the jobs are verified, as well as those that intervene in the directive
level. |
