Sumario: This project is aimed at meeting the housing needs and comfort for families who dwell in Conocoto. The project consists of three blocks of three floors each, with two apartments per floor for a total of 18 departments similar type, with slight variations in dimensions due to land use and architecture. Designed under the concept of decent housing, taking into account all important for the proper development of human beings and their environment factors, which also means they are built in a suitable space, which ensures that security, lighting, ventilation facilities, parks, equipment in excellent condition etc. In urban neighborhoods equipped, accessible, with gaps of relationship that allows local communication services, we are talking about homes in a vibrant cities where family and personal development at all levels that demand advanced society is possible. Comparative analysis deals with the analysis of alternatives for the construction of reinforced concrete buildings in respect to construction Structural Steel. The bill establishes a clear difference to the performance of buildings, where relevant comparing designs, costs, weight structures, runtimes, among others. a technical and financial as well as environmental impact assessment was carried out in order to select the optimal alternative to be implemented in the development of residential FAROGAMA 1 draft; Importantly, the aforementioned studies were supplemented by own studies of Civil Engineering as are plumbing facilities, electrical, structured cabling, etc.
