The present work is an investigation into the serious unemployment inexperienced graduates of the School of Management of the Salesiana Polytechnic University, Headquarters Quito, Campus Girón that being one of the leading private universities in Ecuador, provides a significant number professional graduates to the country; however, the new professionals face a demanding job market, which by its high level of competence in some cases prevents fill labor charges for lack of experience. The Salesiana University to be aware of this reality has been implementing a series of tools to support their students, however in the current reality of the labor market these efforts not enough to meet the requirements of this environment. For this reason it is important to find other mechanisms for students of the School of Management can enter the labor market.
Thus, the labor market and the market for human resources was investigated both , in order to understand what are the requirements , knowledge and skills that companies located in the city of Quito needed for recruitment.
The methodology used to conduct this research was applied to the sample graduated professionals Race Directors.
The results of this research will allow to know the feasibility of a mechanism labor Insert day , as well as learn more about what the reality of the labor market with its professionals face . |
