Sumario: This project is entitled: Systematization of a program to train in the subject of educational inclusion and attention to diversity directed to teachers of the Bilingual Educational Unit Franz Schubert academic year 2016-2017. The need was generated from the ignorance of the institution's psychologist in relation to issues of inclusion and educational response to special educational needs, in addition to the requirements at ministerial level on the handling of technical documentation such as the Individual Document for Curricular Adaptation (DIAC). In response to the aforementioned need, the present project was proposed, whose objective was to train teachers on issues of educational inclusion and attention to diversity in order to carry out processes of awareness and reflection on the contents mentioned above. The present project of systematization was carried out in two phases: the first describes the approach, the theoretical support, also defines the research techniques that were used to identify the needs and problems of teachers.
