The tutorial plan delivered to the High School "San Ignacio de Loyola"; it,s an instrument that will function as a framework to guide the teachers/tutors, to help them define their tutorial practices through principles and schedules tutorials.
To ensure that students develop on a personal level, social, academic, and have a professional project, it must be assumed by all of the educational community.
In the academic framework, to feel part of an innovative proposal, which will benefit not only students, teachers, but also to the families; it will be a commitment of all the actors of the educational institution, which requires providing with all the skills and abilities of the tutors/teachers in order to reach this goal.
In this aspect, it is essential the responsibility, which it is, perform the tutorials, mainly from teachers that through this process are tutors working hard with the students.
The development of democratic and participatory manner of the actors of the educational community, gives rise to this work, which is based on what the Ministry of Education through the Direccion Nacional de Educacion Tecnica as well as suggests in his Manual of Operational Management of colleges with technical careers.
The tutorial action plan is a set of procedures that allow you to organize the work of the teacher/tutor, it would be necessary to know that this plan will help significantly to strengthed the students motivation toward their studies, to know the options that future has for them, their skills and competences, improve their academic performance, develop habits and values. |
