The present investigativo work, has been developed with the purpose of studying to the
trust, its history, evolution, types of existing trusts, legal norm that norm to this fiduciary
business in some of the countries of the South, Center and selected North of America for
the investigation.
One took place a process of revision and analysis to the real estate trust in order to
determine the terminology used in this fiduciary business, the importance with respect to
the fulfillment of the fiduciary instructions, the budget of income and expenses, the
determination of the balance point, the budget of sales, the advantages and disadvantages of
the trust, the information that must contain the report of Control and the Management of
Project, etc. |
