This investigation allows to locate the processes conducted by the educators for the development of the pedagogic practices in mathematics in the third year of EGB of the School ‘9 de Julio’ in Cayambe City, allowing to know several of the components that intervene in the just mentioned practices. The fundamental theory is being developed by the theme related to the problem of investigation and its recurring processes of teaching and learning. The investigation takes in consideration the aspects such as the pedagogic model of this institution and “Actualización y Fortalecimiento Curricular 2010”. This investigation has a qualitative focus to describe the context in which the pedagogic practice is being developed. For instance, this investigation uses the different events that occur in a regular day of an educator and the scholar performance. In addition, the Observation Technique Non-participant is also used in this investigation, which was applied to three educators on this institution. Newspapers and interviews were also utilized to reveal the development of the pedagogic practices of the educators that combine aspects of personality, organization of activities, learning process of the students, and the fulfillment of the guidelines of the “Actualización y Fortalecimiento Curricular”. As of result of this analysis, with the information collected, several conclusions are share with the educators which would allow them to reflect on how they implement their pedagogic techniques. The conclusion shared will shape these processes of learning and teaching techniques in favor of the students. |
