This research work developed at the Educational Unit Millennium Jatun Kuraka, is made with the aim of seeking a Bilingual Intercultural teaching profile that is consistent to the context, from the requirements of educational experiences and cultural relations in the fields of management, curriculum and teaching.
This research includes theoretical and practical information of the educational community, to determine the profiles of teachers for basic education Intercultural Bilingual.
Based on the history of the EIB and Hispanic, extra curricular texts, interviews took place inside and outside the institution, race director of the UPS Lic. Sebastián Granda, Lic. Cecilia Farinango Provincial Director, Rector Educational Unit Kuraka Jatun Cesar Gomez, teachers, parents, children and neighborhood councils.
We consulted the institutions that intercultural bilingual teachers and the Salesian University and AmawtayWasy, under which aims to improve the quality of intercultural bilingual education, strengthening organizational processes of communities, peoples.
Who brought their concerns to propose suggestions and search, according to the cultural, social and political context in which it operates teacher profile. |
