The purpose of the following job is to know the incidence in the teaching – learning process from the graduated teachers of Centro de Apoyo Otavalo in the Intercultural Bilingual Education career of Politécnica Salesiana University, they are working at educational institutions in Iluman town in Otavalo.
From the beginning, the Intercultural Bilingual Education in Ecuador has been purposed in the sociocultural reality function in the indigenous population. That´s why it is urgent to analyze if the professionals are working and strengthening the process with the knowledge got in the study time, at the same way this investigation allows to know which are the main challenges through the time. To mention experiences and achievements od EIB from some Latin American countries related with the process of the EIB in Ecuador.
Furthermore the job analize the historical facts of indigenous education since of EIB creation, however it considers about the emergence of the EIB career in the UPS and its tips in the training of indigenous teachers to strengthen the educative process.
This job achieves prove and after that analyze the datas got during it using different methodologies of investigation that allow observe the incidence of the professional in the educative ambit and finally make up on the conclusión which can help to the planned objectives. |
