In this thesis work an organizational model and procedures for working in 69kV energized lines is established
The current state of the 69 kV lines maintenance, as well as the rules applied to them are identified.
Basic criteria that should be considered for the maintenance of the energized lines are established. Parameters, rules and techniques for the creation of a group that meet the needs of maintenance without interrupting the service of electric power are presented.
A basic operational structure, together with the identification of activities and procedures for the maintenance of 69 kV energized lines, is established. A maintenance manual for 69 kV energized lines is also presented.
A general analysis of the benefits of working with energized lines in the improvement of the quality of the service, through the reduction of the frequency and duration of interruptions and the reduction of energy not supplied is presented
An organizational model and the procedures to work on 69 kV energized lines are developed; and an application to the Southern Regional Electric Power Utility, is performed.
Conclusions and recommendations are also presented |
