Based on this problem and in particular the need for the public transport sector TAXI, which has been immersed in a high risk and road safety , it has created the need to incorporate a model of risk management aims to protect heritage of the partners in this sector. Satisfying needs of quality, price, service, coverage, etc.Andit has human and technological resources, as designated in the development of the survey,regarding as a safe road culture and social factors. The structure of project analyzes the rules to which cooperatives are regulated transport taxis and government institutions responsible and regulating the activities. The project focuses its analysis on UCTTP members as their principal market.It is considered as indirect competitors insurance companies, this provide a similar service. |
