The elaboration of this article aims to present if the television-educational program "EDUCA" works with the Law of Communication and Broadcasting, the National Plan of Good Living and the regulations established by the President of the Republic, economist Rafael Correa, also seeks to confirm whether feedback is given to the receivers.
