Sumario: The present paperwork systematizes the conformation of an operative group as a tool to restructure links with women survivors of violence, part of the Grupo Materno Infantil (GMI). This project emerged as a response to the violence problem evidenced by the diagnosis, made at the Centro de Equidad y Justicia (CEJ). During the development of the process, some activities allowed the conformation of this operative group. The members of the group set themselves a common target that motivated them. From that moment, the characterization and resignification of their family ties was promoted, which purpose was to generate learning methods that could be used as tools for the future. In addition, the group interpreted the experiences of violence experienced by the survivors as well as their influence on their lives, and the changes emerged during the implementation of the project, going from the addressing of the students to the autonomy group. Theoretically supported by Enrique Pichon-Rivière, it explores the use of the operative group as a tool to approach violence situations through the clarification of basic fears, forms of communication, learning and/or the member’s life decisions. Finally, the conclusions from the project implementation are described, which can be both positive and negative, as well as a series of recommendations regarding intervention, implementation, errors and results.
