The project focuses on solving the main problem determined in the
company, which is the lack of knowledge and mismanagement of personal safety
equipment, work machinery and materials or implements with which work is carried
out at the factory, which cause high costs In the production system of the company,
which prevents the generation of projected revenues as well as the danger in the
physical integrity of each of our employees of the company.
With the implementation of a Training Plan, the personnel of the
company Tezzarae Representaciones Constructivas have been given new, better and
correct knowledge about the use and proper management of personal protection and
safety equipment, providing adequate protection to personnel,
It has been possible to create a new awareness in the factory personnel
both in the personal care and in the proper use of the machineries and work implements
since this generates better results and care in the execution of any of the planned
activities. All this could be done at the time that the directors of Tezzarae
Representaciones Constructivas were concerned in a greater scale in the health of their
collaborators proposing with the training plan they will improve the conditions of work
that take care the health, and the better work performance in its production area |
