Sumario: The Pinturas Condor's main activity is the manufacture and sales of paints, has a line called Permalatex Youth Teens, this line has colors in modern and pleasant tones for youth beth rooms. Currently Teens Permalatex line is not exploited at all in relation to the advertising of the brand by which a situational analysis of the company and survey was conducted to Condor customers to define their preferences. The needs of customers are becoming even more difficult to discern, that’s why this new fusion of neuroscience with Marketing has as one of its objectives, to study brain processes in purchase situations or presence of brands with very different strategies to traditional. With the results obtained from surveys of customers Paintings Condor neuromarketing, strategies were based to promote the development of online Permalatex Teens and cause instant reactions in the minds of consumers through advertising, mixtures based on new special additives that create different and innovative finishes in the paint market. It was decided to renew the corporate image playing with colors and shapes to capture the customer's attention, obtaining better percentage in sales exposed and a good position in the paint market. Finally, recommendations and control were followed by a calendar including the dates of the activities that were made based on the marketing strategies discussed.
