Sumario: The main objective of this intervention is to present the systematization of the effect of program of behavior modification made in the Child Development Center Safari Kids in the city of Riobamba, linked to the issues presented in the management of aggressive behavior in children 3 to 4 years. Methodologically the criteria of a narrative report, with a sample of five children selected by previously organized as survey instruments to teachers, CEPA questionnaire adapted and record sheets prior behavioral observation and continuous behavioral observation were considered. For the implementation of the program of behavior modification technique it was considered token economy. In the axis of systematization emphasis on fundamental issues within behavior modification: behavioral, assessment, behavior modification techniques and child aggression; development which have been correspondingly to the process and methodology of intervention. The frequency of the problem behavior is prioritized, to apply the technique token economy, supported reinforces selected in the interview with each of the children your preference prevail. Finally the graph the baseline pre and post treatment effects of behavior modification program is evident, considering aggressive behaviors in children aged 3 to 4 years both physical and verbal conduct.
