Sumario: The parish GAD Antonio José Holguín concerned about the problem that crosses the road network in the sector, undertook the task of identifying gaps that this presents through studies of road engineering duties requested of the career of Civil Engineering of the Salesian Polytechnic University with the aim of technical documents, plans, reports and quantities of work, which allow it to acquire the rehabilitation and improvement of the ways to improve traffic flow of transport heavy and light. Tracks that make up this study are Camino Real with a length of 1.8 km, which starts from the intersection with La Lindera until 9 Octubre street and via La Lindera, II stage that has a length of 1.8 km of trail, which starts in the cemetery of the sector until the intersection with the Pan-American South. Therefore, with the development of this project will provide a saving in the cost of operation and maintenance of vehicles and a lower travel time for users, and the most important thing of this project is the use of these pathways to unite both the Pan American south with the street La Lindera, II stage and the province of Tungurahua through the Camino Real. The location of the project is in the South East part of the province of Cotopaxi, Canton Salcedo, in the vicinity of Laguna de Yambo in the parish Antonio José Holguín. It raised the geometric design, structural and hydraulic of the Camino Real and La Lindera, II stage which must comply with all the regulations in force in order to have an optimal design of these, which will help to foster the socio - economic development of the sector as it is an agricultural zone par excellence.
