Sumario: This document is the result of work done with professional staff that affords service at the Center for Equity and Justice-Quitumbe, to prevent that, the characteristics and themes of the activities carried out in the institution, have a negative impact on personal and professional development of the work team, leading, ultimately, to the Burnout Syndrome. For the evaluation of the factors that can be recognized as stressful in the employment context has been explored variables: Job Satisfaction, Psychological Welfare, Job Stress and the presence or absence of Burnout Syndrome; through the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. Peiró J. M. and Meliá J. L. (1989), S10/12 version; Psychological Well-Being Scale "BIEPS-A" (Casullo, 2002); Job Stress Questionnaire for professionals from the Center for Equity and Justice-Quitumbe and Maslach Burnout Inventory (1981) respectively, and the personnel has been trained personnel in handling the Jacobson's Relaxation Technique (1888-1983), according to the version adapted by Bernstein D.A. and Brokovec T.D. (1983).
