The Associative projects which are regularized by the Popular and Solidarity Economy Law of Ecuador, offer a new way of joining people and to generate incomes for participants in general.
The main object of this thesis project is to determine the feasibility of designing a flour processing plant of chontaduro in Rukullakta Community Archidona Parish, Canton Archidona, Napo Province; this research is composed by nine chapters.
In the development of the market study, an unsatisfied demand of chontaduro flour was detected, this fact is the basically support for the project to create it based on an identified target market. The size, location and project engineering was made by means of a meticulous study, it could specify the size of the processing plant, its location and the resources needed to carry out the project.
The financial study showed that the investment which must be made is $ 125.848,21, and the different financial statements. With regard to the financial evaluation it was found to be profitable and viable creating chontaduro processing plant in Rukullakta Community, since the calculated NPV is $ 57.098,45.
