With purpose to develop new products to satisfy the different necessities and new exigencies of the consumers and to results of that the Ecuadorian industry is more productive than others in this time, we make a feasibility study about the prosecution and merchandising of the pulp of mamey in Quito.
Our project have to finality or objective generate that our potential clients change their life style consuming natural products one of the reason to mentioned this case is the increase the number of personas who consume fast food causing damage in the health. This is important factor introduce of pulp mamey fruit in the market because contain a lot of nutrients and vitamins.
The consume of this kind of fruit in Ecuador is very limited because of the different concept of that in fact Ecuador don’t have information about the sales and production of this fruit for that I considerate that the principal institutions to should stay that for example INIAP, MAGAP, SICA, FEDEXPORT and INEC need restructure the information because is a rentable project |
