The high content of vitamin that has the Jackfruit attracting much interest from people accustomed to purchase processed fruit products.
Establishing a fruit processing factory in Canton this Puerto Quito in the Banks sector allows the canton socio-economic growth and the ease of getting the raw material in the industry, reducing our transportation costs and time on material reception premium, plus labor employed in the sector.
The existing market niche is quite interesting, because by the right tools for market research established a market segment which is willing to buy the product. |
