Sumario: Human Resource processes in the area of Health, should be aligned with the overall objectives of the companies, therefore this research gathers information about the models of existing traditional Management Talent and also presents the practical processes and strategies that have used private providers of health services companies in the neighborhood of Villaflora, the same that have been analyzed with the aim to propose a new approach based on the actual logic of the functioning of the companies providing health services.
