Sumario: The present article corresponds to a sample of the result of the investigation about the possibility of dialogue between political and juridical philosophy of Thomas Aquinas with the transnational contemporary political and juridical philosophy that is most influent in Colombia. In this opportunity for the encounter with the Aquinate, the following authors were chosen: Norberto Bobbio, John Rawls, Noam Chomsky and Robert Alexy.
