This article is based on the thesis that was supported by the same name. The theme began with the intention of creating a Center for Promotion of Reading in schoolchildren. Finally, what is linked to the promotion of reading is so broad that we had to extend our initial position to encompass other forms of cultural manifestations that of cultural expressions that helps generate interest in recreational reading. Peru is one of the countries with low level of reading and what is even more serious; the level of reading comprehension is very low. The research is applied and culminates in the project that would create the most appropriate infrastructure to encourage reading and a more active participation in the development of culture and tarts, considering the reality of the area in which it is being located and the children’s personality. |
