With these categories and subcategories, the idea is to analyze the teacher‟s discourses in a genealogical way to evidence the discourses of teacher‟s transition as a subject in Colombia between the years 2002 and 2012.
In this sense, the research is a qualitative - historical and documentary study by critical discourse analysis. This analysis is based on each subcategory in the square chart, year by year from 2002 to 2012. Justified by the trouble that exists around what is said about the teachers and their academic training.
Finally, to see the results and implications we can highlight the tensions that exist between the contributions of teachers in the education system and the recognition of their work, focusing on the emerging problem of teacher deskilling.
