This paper documents the process on the creation of “personal brand “through the use of” Digital Social Communication tools for managers of educational services.
Nowadays, the information presented in profiles of senior managers of educational services in digital social networks could be wasting opportunities and strategies in organizational communication, marketing, and leadership amongst others due the absence of effective implementation of digital skills for using the same technology (ICT). For this reason, it is proposed to address how these profiles may be presented in digital social media using measurement tools that show degrees of influence in certain digital networks and could expand the concept of "management oneself" in the digital picture of the services of education. |
