This work includes analysis of power relations in public administration of educational services in Buga city-Valle, a graduate of Master in High Direction of Educational Services (MADSE) at Universidad de San Buenaventura (USB). It presents Michel Foucault postulates of power concept, as a conceptual basis for the development of this research. Delves into the role of high-director of educational services from the conceptual framework underlying the MADSE, based on the book "Expedición hacia el interior" from Carlos Molina author. Subsequently, it describes graduate practices in his performance as mayor of Buga, from an applied interview,
news, newspaper articles and magazines. Finally, an analysis of power exercise of graduate is carried out in his practice as a high director of educational services. |
