Sumario: This project collects the class experiences of the pedagogical practice in different educational institutions from Medellin, Barbosa and Rionegro, in an attempt to understand the meaning of being a teacher in physical education; using the detailed description of the situations experienced during the class units, and interpreting each of the circumstances that happen to teachers every day. Field logs provided the data necessary for the development of this project. The research approach used was phenomenological-hermeneutic, divided in two moments. First interns described their experiences in pedagogical logs, this step focused on phenomena. They would then elicit the sense of exercising the profession, in the hermeneutic step. The outcome of this project is a collection of writings by all interns, where they tell not just the lived experiences, but also details of their past which may have motivated them to become teachers in physical education
