A Communication Plan seeks become a tool for troubleshooting or to maximize strengths at communicational level through planned alternatives. In this case, the Communication Plan for Pukyu Pamba, a community tourism initiative located in La Esperanza, city of Ibarra in Imbabura province, has as objective to establish a system of communication that will strengthen the existing forms of communication and enable the construction of others internally and externally.
