Organizational Communication is an important tool to the development foundations, enterprises, institutions, organizations, and more, because thanks to the planning of content, activities and the creation or improvement of policies and strategies can be optimal workforce development and especially a suitable environment organized and effective work. For the case study ChasquiKom Foundation have seen the importance of the theoretical foundation of concepts about what is organizational communication, to be clear that the process has been developed to reach a proposed plan is communicative. And clarified these concepts one where prior participatory diagnosis to what has been identified internal and external audiences of the foundation was made, he enlisted the help of them to identify problems, strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, needs both internal and external and generate proposals for their solution. When you have identified what are the communication problems facing the organization a strategic plan proposing policies and strategies, mission, vision, objectives, where members were participants of the process to not interfere with communication participatory and democratic circular which works performed the ChasquiKom foundation.
The communication plan aims to improve communication processes within and outside the foundation relations with other groups with interests in common and above all keep projects of the foundation in constant dynamic, maintaining a conducive working environment for all members. |
