This research "The performance of the graduates teaching career EIB Bilingual Intercultural Education of the Salesian University. Views from the Education Unit of the Millennium "Ernesto Noboa y Caamaño" Pesillo community, Olmedo Parish, Canton Cayambe, Pichincha province, "is divided into three chapters. The first chapter presents a diagnosis of the community of Pucara Pesillo, which are a synthesis of history, social, organizational, cultural current characteristics, the economic aspect and an historical review of the Education Unit of the Millennium "Ernesto Noboa y Caamaño ". The second chapter contains, the EIB development in the Olmedo-Pesillo MOSEIB as known in the indigenous schools of Cayambe, valuable struggle of leaders like Dolores Cacuango and Traffic Amaguaña also contains explanations and theoretical contributions on education and its importance, the EIB in Ecuador and experience, the legal framework, the EIB in the current context, intercultural pedagogy and strategies, the profile of intercultural bilingual teacher and teacher performance. The third chapter describes the research conducted, using techniques and instruments such as the interview, non-participant observation and direct several actors of the Education Unit of the Millennium "Ernesto Noboa y Caamaño" community conversation Pesillo have found very substantial issues in the framework of the research objectives, as tensions and contradictions between parents on the EIB. |
