This work is the result of research, which addresses the central foundation Intercultural Bilingual Education has been developed in Latin America as a way to integrate the population, the general education system. After overcome many obstacles and face challenges and difficulties, has managed to build an education system, currently considered advanced, which allows respond to ethnic and cultural needs of different peoples. Through this specialization education, providing the Salesian Polytechnic University whose purpose is to mold professionals to transmit to future generations the ideas of society and the processes of construction and design of scientific thought, to their knowledge become full human beings, identified with its origin, respectful coexistence and together with their fellow institute a nation united in diversity, multiculturalism and consenting linguistic diversity that each people has. In this way we will leave behind so many years of oppression, discrimination and countless failed educational programs, enabling the development of a truly inclusive education compatible with economic growth, social equity and political democratization, which aspire all citizens of the country. Therefore we intend to investigate at school "Valle del Amanecer" city of Otavalo, whose education is Intercultural and Bilingual, the importance of graduate teachers in the Salesian Polytechnic University, whose performance would facilitate the development of this education program and student progress in the integration of cultures and native languages. |
