This paper discusses the performance of teachers in bilingual intercultural education which have conducted research that explained in detail below.
The first chapter provides a brief overview of what the city of Tabacundo its geography and economy with which the inhabitants of this city develops the characterization of the work done by the Municipal Board of Amparo Social Our Lady of Nativity where teachers let to investigate working in different institutions funded by the trust.
The second chapter is developed based on the theme of Intercultural Bilingual Education and its long struggle by indigenous people of Cayambe area, as was Dolores Cacuango this process of change for women today means a progressive development in Ecuador and Finally observations on the performance of teachers in the institutions funded by the Municipal Our Lady of Nativity. |
