What was sought to be done in the Agencia de Promoción Económica CONQUITO, an entity dedicated to promoting the sustainable economic and social development of the Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, is to know how the most salient psychosocial risks affect the work environment of the organization.
After having conducted interviews with each of the responsible parties and their corresponding coordinators, an intervention project was designed to help solve the problems that the organization is currently presenting and using the appropriate tools to meet the demands of its stakeholders. .
In order to make a situational diagnosis of the psychosocial risk factors, the interview that was carried out with each one of those responsible for the organization was used. The other instrument that was used was the survey to know the employees' appreciation of the factors that negatively affect the work environment.
With the information set on the table, we proceeded to tabulate them and the interpretation showed us negative factors such as stress, participation and supervision, communication, recognition; Upon knowing these factors, an improvement plan was drawn up and presented to the leaders of the organization. |
