Sumario: The present project aims to systematize the experience acquired during the implementation of the intervention in adolescents aged 15-18 years belonging to the 8th Year of Basic Education of San Patricio School Workshops (TESPA) based on the implementation of motivational tools for the elaboration of the Life Project Personal. In the same, it describes the implementation and purpose of the motivational tools in function of Constructivist approach of which basic concepts are taken like: significant learning, self-realization, motivation and goals or objectives. In order to complement, pre-test and post-test questionnaires on the quality of life of the adolescents were applied, which allowed to compare the initial results with the endings after the execution of the workshops. They also present the conclusions and recommendations received throughout the intervention process and how it is favored both the direct and indirect beneficiaries of the institution. In this way, the experience is shared with the aim of expanding knowledge and contribution to target populations.
